Formed in 1999, Finn Laurens is based in Kingston and has a client base stretching from Central London to Guildford and Hounslow in the West and to Crawley in the South.
We operate predominantly in the market for part-qualified and qualified accountants, providing them with opportunities in the permanent, contract and temporary areas.
Finn Laurens has a small but growing team of dedicated professional consultants. Its two founding directors offer over 20 years of recruitment experience and the genuine financial understanding of a fully qualified Chartered Accountant coupled with a detailed knowledge of our local market place.

Jeanne Kirk
Jeanne has a wealth of Financial Recruitment experience, and prior to starting Finn Laurens was a Regional Director for a large, multiple-branch recruitment business. She has acquired a solid understanding of the marketplace and has an uncanny ability to spot client and candidate matches, a skill that has been honed working for large and small clients, and on senior qualified, recently qualified, part qualified and clerical roles.

Andy Hardy
Andy is a Chartered Accountant turned recruiter, having trained and worked for BDO and Arthur Andersen in the 90’s. He offers a genuine technical understanding of both client briefs and candidate CV’s that is rare in recruitment and which is particularly useful helping candidates prepare for interviews.
